Working with others. - Unit 2 part D
Working as a group was really effective during this project because i was able to work with others, get feedback backs to help me improve. The teachers were really helpful they helped me stay in role in order to carry everything out successfully in order to make the project work.
We all had our own individual roles and we helped others who needed help from the group.
Whenever there was problems within the group we try to help each other by giving each other ideas on what they could do or just explain something to them when they are confused or just needs help.
We worked with the staff members at the primary school in helping us get the kids attention and also helping us help the kids instead of leaving it all for us to do, for example; when a kid was upset because her partner didn't do the work the staff helped us pacify her after we tried to do. This was really helpful because we don't know the kid so we didnt know how to pacify her but the teachers do so they helped us.

Great job, preparing the music for the workshop and performance this went smoothly on the day. A target you may wish to consider is time management in attending planning meetings. I found that you communicated clearly with the pupils and peers during your warm up session and throughout the workshop. I really liked the way you helped the pupils with their spacing and organised them into groups. You confidently led the question and answer sessions with the pupils and replied with good responses. In addition to this you worked well with your peers showing support during their sessions and helped to keep the pupils involved and engaged. You demonstrated excellent communication, problem solving and organisation skills, you may want to consider leading more workshops in the future.
