• What have learnt about leadership?

Ans ; i learnt that to take the leadership role you have to be able to take responsibility for everything, you have to be patient and be very persuasive .

• What have you learnt about planning ?

Ans ; i learnt that you have to be very organised when it comes to planning because it could wrong and it would be bad especially when working with kids.

• What have you learnt about working with others?

Ans ; i like working with others because we were able to help each other and listen to each others ideas.

• What have you learnt about communication?

Ans ; working on this project gave me a lot of confidence in communicating with the kids and i also understood that communication really helps when in need of support or understanding.

• What have you learnt about the activity involved ?

Ans ; i have learnt that the activities we did were kinda hard because working with the kids and getting them to do what you want can be a bit of a struggle at times but overall it was fun working with the kids.

• What have you learnt about yourself?

Ans ; working on this project as made me realise that i really enjoy working with kids and getting to know them as i really enjoyed the workshop.

Parts of the plan that really worked well was when we played games with the kids and they really enjoyed it so we had to do it one last time to end the workshop. However the parts that didn't work successfully was putting them into groups when they had to make their own dance piece / movements due to be kids getting upset because their partners didn't want to do the work at times.
