solo performance rehearsal with my musical theatre teacher with comments on how i can improve,
The parts i was finding difficult was coming in on time for the music to continue , for example ; after the first verse i always find it hard coming in on time for the next part, even after being told the tempo of the song.
i improved this by practising over and over again with my teacher, by myself and also with a friend who had the same song as me, this really helped because i get used to doing it write quite often that i eventually got it right on the night.

Adding  character to singing was also what i found difficult because i focus on getting the tempo right that i forget about characterisation .
i improved this by focusing on the singing part first and when i got used to singing it right, then i started thinking about how the character was feeling and how i could add it to the song and doing this made me sound even better because i had an intention behind the singing which made the emotions really clear.

Hitting the the last note to end the song was a problem for me as it is very high and because am used to single bottom girl (alto) part i found it difficult in expanding my singing range.
I improved this by belting my voice before singing the note, my teacher told me that if i opened my mouth wider and belt my voice and sing it from my belly i would be able to hit the note. So after trying it for a while i understood the concept ad i was able to hit the note.
